Concept demo
Concept: lightweight CRM
Demo concept. Not a client delivery. Accounts, notes, and a next action, without a marketplace of plugins.
Concept entry. This is not a completed client project, and it does not report a measured result.
Images and video will appear here when they are added for this work.
What this concept is
A demo of how a small CRM could be scoped. No customers are implied.
The problem the concept explores
Notes live in inboxes. Nobody can see the next promised action.
A possible shape
An account, a timeline, and a single next step with an owner.
