React state that is really a URL

Filters, search, and pagination belong in the query string so a view can be shared.

A view is an address

If the category filter lives only in component state, the back button lies and a colleague cannot open the same list.

A search form can submit to the same route with a query parameter. The server renders the filtered list. No extra store is required.

A disclosure, a copied flag, and a menu open state can stay in the component. They are not the document.
