Security is a default, not a later phase
Authorization, secrets, and backups belong in the first release that stores a real record.
Check on the server
Hiding a button is not authorization. The API has to refuse the call.
Secrets
Passwords and tokens stay out of the repository and out of the client bundle. A leaked example password in a seed is still a password. Use a placeholder and rotate anything real.
Backups
If the record matters, write down how it is copied and how you would restore one row.
