A consulting note should describe the records, the operators, and the next release.
Three questions
What is the record of truth? Who operates it on a Tuesday? What would a smaller release prove?
Options
Offer two options with the cost of each. A single recommendation without a tradeoff is a slogan.
Leave the note
Write it down. A meeting that produces no note will be repeated.
