How Gynvix scopes a first release
A first release should teach us whether the product is worth operating, not attempt to finish the company.
Start from the operation
A useful first release is small enough to ship and specific enough to change how a team works. We begin with the job to be done, the people who do it, and the records the organization already trusts.
Leave room to learn
We do not pretend a discovery workshop can predict the whole product. The first release names what is in, what is out, and what we expect to learn after people use it.
Write the edges down
Integrations, permissions, and operational ownership are part of the scope. If nobody can say who looks after the system on a Tuesday, the release is not ready.
